Together they serviced over 2,200 satisfied families. After 27 years together, Eddie passed away, and left a wonderful legacy for Melanie to continue. When we put our home on the market, we had one month to get it sold. I had been offered a television anchor job in a major city and time was of the essence. It was the Christmas holidays, and we knew we had our work cut out for us. Melanie and Eddie had us deck the halls with boughs of holly, and they set about spreading the word. They marketed our home in the real estate section of the local paper, held an open house for area Realtors, and designed a pictorial brochure highlighting the best of our home. It was a spread even Architectural Digest would have loved! Within three weeks, we had a buyer, and we were humming fa-la-la-la all the way to our new home!
